How Church Group Fitness works:
1) A primary contact person should call Dave Gluhareff at (434) 728-0952 and schedule a time to have Dave come speak to the people in your church who are interested in getting in shape. Dave will review fitness options (What, When, Where, How Much) with the primary contact person.
2) Next Dave will come to speak to your church group and you will learn how Dave lost over 100 pounds and how he helps people each day in his Professional Personal Training and Fitness business.
3) If the group likes what they hear and are ready to start then Dave will set-up a schedule with the primary contact person to begin getting the group into shape. Workouts for Women, Men, Co-Ed, or Senior Citizens (Strength and Conditioning groups)
Fitness Options (Women’s, Men’s, Co-Ed or Senior Citizen Groups)
What:
- Two workout sessions each week which include warm-ups, stretching, resistance training, cardiovascular training, more stretching plus nutrition and meal plan check-in and discussion throughout workout
When:
- Workouts can be scheduled for early mornings, mid-days, or evenings, whatever times fit schedules best
Where:
- We workout as a group in a gym or multipurpose room at your church
How Much:
- $75 per Fitness and Nutrition Session ($75 is split between each participant) / 5 people = $15 each – 10 people = $7.50 each – 15 people = $5 each – 20 people = $3.75 each – 25 people = $3 each
Weekly Weigh-in and Measuring:
- Each week Dave will help weigh and measure or each person can do this before session
